CEIC Partners Group is a strategic infrastructure consortium dedicated to facilitating international investment into Ukraine’s reconstruction. We serve as a vital bridge between US prime contractors and local markets, leveraging our regional presence across Slovakia, Poland, Romania, and Moldova to enable efficient execution of large-scale infrastructure projects.
Our mission is to provide comprehensive support to government contractors through established local networks, specialized procurement services, and integrated logistics solutions.
By combining global expertise with deep regional knowledge, we empower our partners to navigate projects that support Ukraine’s recovery and development.

Transport, energy, rail, bridges, and ports represent some of the largest reconstruction needs in Ukraine. CEIC helps U.S.-based companies and federal contracting partners navigate these opportunities by connecting them with regional partners, procurement intelligence, logistics support, and execution planning across Central and Eastern Europe. We are committed to supporting high-quality work, disciplined project coordination, timely execution, and cost-effective delivery through qualified partners.

CEIC helps international companies enter and operate across Central Europe by supporting permitting, procurement awareness, local coordination, customs navigation, and project logistics. This advisory function is our entry point for building trusted regional relationships and moving reconstruction opportunities toward execution.

Schools, hospitals, water systems, and civic buildings. Over 330,000 social infrastructure facilities are damaged across Ukraine. We coordinate EU-certified contractors with logistics to deliver through EU.

Roughly 174,000 km² of Ukraine requires demining assessment, and clearance is a prerequisite for site access on nearly every infrastructure project.

CEIC is positioning as the program management layer between international donors and Ukrainian civil protection authorities, coordinating certified operators and interfacing with US and EU funding vehicles. We coordinate; we do not perform clearance directly.

Co-Founder and CEO of CEIC Partners Group, a US-anchored infrastructure platform positioning for Ukraine reconstruction delivery across a five-country Central European corridor — Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Moldova, and Hungary. A Navy veteran with 17 years operating in military environments and alongside multiple foreign militaries, I bring the cross-border coordination and government-facing experience that complex reconstruction delivery demands. CEIC connects US prime contractors who hold Ukrainian government agreements with the regional partner networks, government-affairs capability, and cross-border logistics needed to turn committed capital into results on the ground. Based in the region, I lead the platform's strategy and Central European operations — building partner networks across the corridor and the acquisition pipeline behind them.
